Allergy Information

We indicate on our menu anything beyond the basic ingredients of wheat flour, yeast, water and salt that is included in our products.  Most commonly these additional ingredients will be eggs, dairy and nuts.  Our kitchen is also a domestic kitchen so other allergens may be handled so if you have any concerns please contact us.

We do not offer gluten-free options, however we do not use any of the chemicals or enzymes used in mass-produced bread which may be mistaken for gluten-intolerance.
